Where Council's meeting schedule is varied - as occurs from time to time
due to special circumstances or public holidays - any variations are advertised
in the local media and on our web site.
Agenda items for any General Meeting are required to be submitted to the
Chief Executive Officer by 9:00 am on the Tuesday a week prior
to the meeting.
All Council meetings are open to the public, who may enter and leave the
Council Chamber at any time unless the Council is in a Closed Meeting.
In practice, this generally means that minutes for any particular Council
meeting aren't available until the
following month after the meeting
was held.
Confirmed meeting minutes, however, are available as Adobe PDF files for
any hyperlinked month that appears in the list below. (If you don't currently
